Chili’s Grill & Bar is responding to the increasing dissatisfaction among fast food customers over rising combo meal prices by enhancing its 3 For Me menu. This updated menu now includes exciting new additions such as a Crispy Chicken sandwich and a robust new burger named the Big Smasher, with prices starting at $10.99.
The Big Smasher burger, which is Chili’s first burger innovation in three years, features a nearly half-pound, hand-smashed burger patty, topped with American cheese, diced red onions, lettuce, pickles, and Thousand Island dressing. This burger boasts twice the beef of a Big Mac and offers familiar flavors that are sure to appeal to fast food enthusiasts.
The revamped 3 For Me menu offers considerable value, a concept that has been central since its introduction. For $10.99, guests can enjoy a meal that includes the Big Smasher with fries, bottomless chips and salsa, and a non-alcoholic beverage. For an additional $3.99, adults can include a classic Chili’s margarita, a price point unlikely to be matched at any fast-food drive-thru.
George Felix, the Chief Marketing Officer at Chili’s, emphasized that the 3 For Me menu is designed to counteract the sticker shock experienced by diners at fast food establishments, by offering better quality, pricing, and overall dining experience.
Furthermore, Chili’s is promoting this menu enhancement with three new TV and digital advertisements that highlight the superior value of the 3 For Me menu compared to typical fast food offerings. The company has also initiated a social media challenge on X (formerly Twitter), encouraging fans to share their experiences and reasons for preferring Chili’s over fast food, with participants having the chance to win a gift card.
The new menu items are available nationwide in participating Chili’s restaurants starting April 29. For more details and to locate a nearby Chili’s, interested individuals can visit the official website, chilis.com.
