Cheez-It has launched the Cheez-In Diner, a unique roadside experience located in Woodstock, New York, just two hours from New York City. Nestled in the scenic Catskill Mountains, this diner aims to cater to road trip munchies and late-night cravings with a menu full of Cheez-It-inspired dishes.
Cara Tragseiler, Senior Brand Director for Cheez-It, explained that the decision to open the Cheez-In Diner on the East Coast was driven by the enthusiastic response to last year’s Joshua Tree Cheez-It Stop outpost. The diner offers a variety of dishes infused with Cheez-It crackers, aiming to solidify Cheez-It as a favorite snack nationwide.
The menu includes items such as the Deluxe Cheez-It Milkshake, a vanilla shake blended with Cheez-It crackers; the Extra Cheezburger, a pimento Cheez-It smashburger topped with an Extra Big Cheez-It cracker; and the Big Grilled Cheez, a Texas toast sandwich coated with Cheez-It crackers and filled with pimento cheese. Other offerings include Cheezy Chicky Tendies, Mac & Cheez-It, Cheez-It Fries, and the Sweet-N-Salty Cheezcake.
In addition to the food, the Cheez-In Diner features several attractions. Visitors can explore the World’s First & Only Cheez-It Jukebox, which plays retro records in exchange for Cheez-It crackers. The diner also boasts vintage Cheez-It memorabilia, a retro Cheez-It convertible for photo opportunities, and a Taste-It Station where visitors can sample a variety of Cheez-It flavors.
Fans can purchase exclusive Cheez-In Diner merchandise, such as t-shirts, trucker hats, coffee mugs, and collectibles. While diner-specific items are only available on-site, the wider Cheez-It merch store offers additional items for fans to enjoy.
The Cheez-In Diner is open for one week only from May 20 to May 26. Operating hours are from 4 to 9 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday, and from 4 p.m. to midnight ET Friday through Sunday. Located at 261 Tinker Street in Woodstock, NY, the diner promises a memorable and cheezy experience for all visitors.
