Seabourn, a leader in ultra-luxury cruises and expedition travel, has introduced Zero @ Sea, a new mixology program offering a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails. Some of the unique offerings include the “Amalfi Spritz,” which uses non-alcoholic Rosé and Lyre Italian Orange, the “Ginger Blossom” with Seedlip Groove 42, elderflower, and ginger ale, the “Ginny ‘n Tonic” with Optimist Bright, elderflower, and grapefruit, and the “Not So Cosmo,” inspired by a cosmopolitan with the garnish of a classic old fashioned.

The new cocktails were created by Seabourn’s culinary and beverage team, led by Michael Simon, Senior Manager of Restaurant and Bar Operations, and Francisco Fernandes, Corporate Manager Service Operations. Simon noted the growing interest in non-alcoholic options among guests and emphasized that the Zero @ Sea menu offers premium cocktails that are both flavorful and visually appealing. Seabourn’s Zero @ Sea is the latest addition to its onboard culinary offerings, which also include Solis, a new fine dining experience celebrating Mediterranean cuisine. Solis was launched on Seabourn Quest in January 2024 and will be available on Seabourn Ovation, Seabourn Encore, and Seabourn Sojourn by spring 2024.
