The Little Caesars Love Kitchen made its way through Detroit in March and April, providing fresh pizza meals to thousands in need. This mobile pizza kitchen served various community organizations across Detroit and its suburbs. Among the beneficiaries were the Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries, Salvation Army, Central United Methodist Church, St. Patrick Center, SAY Detroit, Boys & Girls Club, Michigan Veterans Foundation, Capuchin Soup Kitchen, COTS Detroit, and several first responder organizations. Notably, more than 2,200 officers were served during the NFL Draft as a token of appreciation.

Since its establishment in 1985 by Little Caesars, the Love Kitchen has served nearly 4 million people across the 48 contiguous states and four Canadian provinces. It has also responded to numerous natural disasters, including hurricanes, floods, and tornadoes, and provided meals during national crises like the COVID-19 pandemic. The initiative underscores Little Caesars’ commitment to community service by delivering hot pizza to those in need, offering comfort and support from their mobile kitchen.

In addition to its regular services, the Love Kitchen partnered with the NFL for events surrounding the Draft, continuing its tradition of supporting community initiatives around key events. During a special visit to COTS Detroit, an organization aiding families in achieving housing, economic, health, education, and career goals, Little Caesars CEO Dave Scrivano and Lions receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown helped serve nearly 550 family members a special pizza lunch.

David Scrivano, CEO of Little Caesars, highlighted the importance of supporting the communities where the company operates, especially in their hometown. He noted that the Love Kitchen helps address food insecurity and provides meals to those in need and to those who serve the community. This initiative is supported by local franchise owners and company regional offices, which donate all food and labor costs. Over the years, more than 50,000 Little Caesars franchise owners and employees have volunteered to support the Love Kitchen in their local communities.
