The new model features an increased capacity of 8 quarts, up from the previous 7 quarts, and includes enhancements such as a viewing window, internal light, temperatures up to 450°F, and a more intuitive control panel with blue-light indicators. The upgraded air fryer is available both in Costco stores and online.
The GAF858 model utilizes Gourmia’s FryForce 360° technology, which circulates heated air evenly to achieve crispy results without the need for oil. This technology helps reduce fat content by up to 80%, making it easier to prepare healthier meals. The air fryer now offers temperatures reaching up to 450°F, allowing for quicker and more even cooking.
The air fryer includes seven one-touch cooking functions with enlarged text for easy reading, covering air frying, baking, roasting, broiling, dehydrating, reheating, and keeping food warm. Users can also monitor the preheating progress with new real-time pre-heat progress bars. Additional features include an optional preheat and turn food reminder, guided cooking prompts, independent temperature and time adjustments, a dishwasher-safe basket, a crisper tray, and a multi-purpose rack. The nonstick coating is PFOA, PTFE, and BPA-free, and the unit includes convenient cord storage for a tidy countertop.
