The company’s leadership team includes 12 women, with six holding senior leadership positions. Among them are Jacinth Smiley, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and Deanna Brady, executive vice president and group vice president of Retail. The selection process involved an independent survey of over 150,000 women working for companies with at least 1,000 employees across various industries in the U.S. The evaluation considered personal and public opinions as well as the diversity among top executives and board members.
