Sony Electronics has announced the release of the WF-C510 truly wireless earbuds, designed to deliver quality sound in a compact form. The WF-C510 earbuds are Sony’s smallest closed-type earbuds to date, featuring a design that prioritizes comfort, especially for users with smaller ears. The ergonomic shape is based on extensive ear shape data, aiming to provide a stable and comfortable fit for a wide range of users. The earbuds also include a rounded design and a matte finish, enhancing comfort during extended use.
The charging case for the WF-C510 is more compact and thinner than previous models, making it easier to carry in a pocket or bag. The earbuds offer a battery life of up to 11 hours, with a quick charge feature that provides up to 60 minutes of listening time after just 5 minutes of charging.
Available in blue, yellow, black, and white, the WF-C510 earbuds allow users to personalize their style by choosing from various colors and finishes. These earbuds are designed for everyday convenience, offering features such as Multipoint Connection, which allows users to connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. Ambient Sound Mode enables users to hear their surroundings while listening to music, and the “Voice Focus” function captures human voices while reducing background noise.
The WF-C510 earbuds can be customized through the Sony Headphones Connect app, allowing users to adjust sound settings with custom equalizers. The earbuds are equipped with DSEE (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine) for high-quality sound, providing a well-balanced listening experience across all frequencies. Additionally, the earbuds support 360 Reality Audio for spatial sound.
With an IPX4 water resistance rating, the WF-C510 earbuds are built to withstand splashes and sweat, making them suitable for daily use. They also include features like Fast Pair and Swift Pair for easy device pairing, and each earbud can be used independently.
Sony has designed the WF-C510 with environmental considerations in mind, using partially recycled plastic for the earbuds and case, and packaging that is free from plastic, reflecting the company’s commitment to reducing its environmental impact.
