Eureka has announced the introduction of its latest robotic vacuum, the Eureka E20 Plus, following the success of the Eureka E10s, which gained significant attention after its debut at IFA 2023. The E20 Plus builds upon the design and features of the E10s, offering several key upgrades, including increased suction power, enhanced obstacle avoidance technology, and an improved anti-tangle brush.
The Eureka E20 Plus features an upgraded suction power of 8,000 Pa, which is double the 4,000 Pa of the previous E10s model. This increase in suction allows the E20 Plus to effectively pick up heavier debris and provide a more thorough cleaning, particularly on carpets where dust can be deeply embedded.
A notable feature of the E20 Plus is its advanced DuoDetect AI 3D Obstacle Avoidance technology. This system uses dual-line lasers to detect and navigate around obstacles with greater precision, ensuring that the vacuum can clean autonomously even in more complex home environments.
The E20 Plus also introduces a new rubber roller brush designed to reduce hair tangling. This brush is reported to improve anti-wrap effectiveness by 14%, making it a practical choice for homes with pets or areas where hair tends to accumulate on floors.
Continuing the design philosophy of the E10s, the Eureka E20 Plus is equipped with a transparent, bag-free base station. This feature allows debris to be collected in a dust cup after cleaning, similar to many cordless vacuums. The dust cup can be easily emptied with the press of a button, simplifying maintenance and eliminating the need for disposable bags.
