As part of its commitment to the intersection of sports, fashion, and community, Pacsun has launched a series of events to celebrate the Los Angeles Rams’ season. This ongoing multi-year partnership emphasizes Pacsun’s dedication to its Los Angeles roots.
Over the weekend, Pacsun hosted a VIP gameday suite during the Rams’ home opener at SoFi Stadium, offering influencers, content creators, and special guests a firsthand experience of the Rams House atmosphere. Notable attendees included Avani Gregg, Sky Katz, and Zach Justice. The suite featured exclusive Rams-themed apparel from Pacsun’s upcoming collaboration with LA-based stylist and designer Aleali May, allowing guests to preview and wear the merchandise ahead of its official launch.
Richard Cox, CMO of Pacsun, expressed pride in the partnership, stating, “These initiatives allow us to give back to our community while celebrating the culture we share with Los Angeles. Experiences like these strengthen our connection to sports in Southern California and highlight the importance of authentic fan engagement, which is central to our values at Pacsun.”
In addition to the gameday suite, Pacsun sponsored two key Rams events earlier this month:
- Rams Family Organization Luncheon (September 3): This event honored the significant others of Rams coaches and players, with attendees receiving custom PAC1980 products featuring unique embroidery and personalized details. This initiative reflects Pacsun’s focus on creating meaningful, one-of-a-kind items for fans.
- Rams Girls Flag Football Jamboree (September 7): Held at UCLA’s Wilson Plaza, this event attracted over 2,500 athletes from more than 100 teams. Pacsun showcased its PAC1980 collection at an exclusive pop-up shop and offered a prize wheel with giveaways, reinforcing its commitment to supporting local communities.
Additionally, Pacsun and the Rams have continued their “Loads of Love” initiative, donating washer and dryer sets to 20 schools in historically under-resourced communities. This effort aims to combat chronic absenteeism by ensuring students have access to clean clothing, supported by the Thinkwatts Foundation and benefiting schools in the Compton Unified and Los Angeles Unified School Districts.
