Halo has introduced the Halo Collar 4, the latest version of its advanced GPS dog collar designed for both small and large dogs. This collar uses dual-frequency GPS technology, combining data from L1 and L5 GPS bands to offer precise location tracking, even in urban areas or places with poor signal. It allows pet owners to create wireless “fence” perimeters via the Halo app, enabling them to set boundaries wherever they go.
The new Halo Collar 4 has an adjustable fit for neck sizes ranging from 8 to 30.5 inches, making it suitable for dogs of all sizes. The updated version also features 25% more battery life, offering over 30 hours of use between charges. It comes in a variety of colors, including a new Midnight Blue, alongside updated Graphite, Orchid, and Sunburst colors.
Halo has seen significant growth in the dog containment market since its launch, becoming a leader in the $16 billion category. The company caters to pet owners who value travel and outdoor experiences while prioritizing their dog’s safety. Halo’s co-founder, dog behaviorist Cesar Millan, has designed built-in training features to help dogs quickly adapt to the collar, using customizable feedback such as sounds and vibrations to guide their behavior.
The Halo Collar 4 is available for purchase at a retail price of $599 on platforms including Halo’s website, Amazon, Chewy, and Walmart.
