Philipp Gosau, Regional Portfolio Owner for Bosch Power Tools North America, noted that the company has expanded its cordless portfolio across multiple trades to meet the demands of professionals in the field. The new products include the 18V Cordless Palm Router, Angle Grinders, interior leveling lasers, and hand tools like the 18V Press Tool Kits. These products aim to help workers accomplish tasks with more control and efficiency.
The unveiling event, held in Rosemont, Illinois, showcased the new lineup to attendees from across the country. Product demonstrations and discussions were led by Bosch’s product managers, and Chicago Cubs 2016 World Series MVP Ben Zobrist made a special appearance, participating in a live Q&A and signing autographs.
Key products in the new lineup include 18V cordless nailers, routers, press tools, impact drivers, angle grinders, and utility knives, along with a variety of accessories. Bosch’s new tools prioritize user experience, offering features like one-handed activation, precise depth adjustments, and improved durability. The 18V press tools, for example, provide fast and reliable pipe connections, while the 18V impact drivers and wrenches offer powerful motors with ergonomic designs for reduced fatigue.
Bosch also introduced enhancements in other areas, such as its X-LOCK angle grinders and Biturbo Brushless circular saw, which offer faster accessory changes and superior cutting power. Additionally, new lasers and scanners with green beam technology deliver improved visibility and flexibility for on-site leveling and alignment tasks.
