World Whiskey Society (WWS) has announced the launch of its latest product, the Limited Edition Doc Holliday 10-Year-Old Special Edition Collector’s Case Straight Bourbon whiskey. This release is part of the Doc Holliday portfolio and is notable for its craftsmanship and unique presentation, which pays homage to the Wild West.
The bourbon comes in a distinctive decanter housed within a collector’s case. This set includes a dual-purpose cork gun stopper that also serves as a display revolver, combining elements of whiskey appreciation with historical significance. This bourbon has been aged for ten years, showcasing the quality of WWS’s production. The aroma features sweet caramel and buttered cornbread, complemented by hints of orange citrus, chocolate malt, and spices. The flavor profile includes an initial burst of rye spice, followed by layers of caramel and chocolate sweetness, with fruit notes present. The finish is characterized by a blend of tobacco, chocolate, and a slight hint of chili pepper, all underpinned by a sweet note.
