Chick-fil-A is introducing new menu items to mark the arrival of spring. Starting March 17, the Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich will be available at locations across the country. This sandwich can be customized with three different chicken filet options: original, spicy, and grilled. The sandwich features chicken paired with bacon, which is seasoned with a blend of brown sugar and black pepper, along with Colby Jack cheese, green leaf lettuce, and smoky BBQ sauce, all served on a toasted sweet yeast bun.
In addition to the sandwich, Chick-fil-A is launching Pineapple Dragonfruit beverages. These drinks incorporate flavors of pineapple and dragonfruit, offered in four varieties: Pineapple Dragonfruit Frosted Lemonade, Pineapple Dragonfruit Lemonade, Pineapple Dragonfruit Iced Tea, and Pineapple Dragonfruit Sunjoy. The Frosted Lemonade combines lemonade with Icedream dessert and the fruit flavors, while the Lemonade features a blend of classic lemonade with the new flavors. The Iced Tea is made from freshly brewed tea mixed with the fruit flavors, and the Sunjoy combines lemonade and sweetened iced tea with the new flavors.
Allison Duncan, director of menu and packaging at Chick-fil-A, stated, “As warmer weather approaches, our Guests are craving flavors that are reminiscent of longer, brighter days and time spent outside with family and friends.” The new offerings aim to provide a balance of sweet and smoky flavors for customers during the spring season.
