This product is part of a growing trend in the food industry, particularly in the freeze-dried candy market, which is projected to increase from $1.36 billion to nearly $2.4 billion by 2030. The popularity of freeze-dried candy has also been reflected on social media, with the hashtag #freezedriedcandy garnering over 4.7 billion views on TikTok.
The freeze-drying process used for Jolly Rancher Freeze Dried candy enhances the original flavors while creating a light, crunchy texture. The varieties available include Green Apple, Blue Raspberry, and Watermelon. This method effectively removes moisture, which intensifies the candy’s fruity flavors, resulting in a distinct taste experience.
