MOON Oral Beauty and Sprinkles have announced a collaboration to celebrate significant milestones: Sprinkles’ 20th anniversary and MOON’s 6th birthday. This partnership introduces the MOON x Sprinkles Electric Toothbrush, priced at $69.99, and Birthday Cake Toothpaste, available for $12.99. The collaboration aims to integrate Sprinkles into the lifestyle consumer market.
To enhance the collaboration, a limited-time MOON Birthday Bite Cupcake is being offered at all Sprinkles locations until April 6. Shaun Neff, Founder of MOON Oral Beauty, stated, “At MOON, we’re passionate about driving flavor innovation and disrupting the oral care category with culturally relevant collaborations.” This partnership is positioned as a step into the food and dessert sector, offering a unique flavor experience in oral care.
MOON has previously collaborated with brands like Barbie and Hello Kitty, and this partnership marks the beginning of Sprinkles’ 2025 licensing strategy. Customers can receive a complimentary trial-sized sample of the Birthday Cake Toothpaste with any Sprinkles purchase at participating bakeries. Full-sized toothpaste will also be available in select Sprinkles ATMs.
The MOON x Sprinkles Collection combines elements from both brands, featuring a toothbrush designed with Sprinkles’ colorful packaging. The toothpaste is described as a sugar-free birthday cake flavor with hints of vanilla buttercream frosting. The MOON x Sprinkles Electric Toothbrush and Birthday Cake Toothpaste can be purchased online and will be available in stores at Ulta Beauty, Nordstrom, and Amazon starting March 23. This collaboration is expected to lead to more flavor offerings from MOON throughout 2025.
