Welch’s Fruit Snacks has introduced a new AI-powered tool designed to help parents turn everyday sentiments into sweeter lunchbox messages. Called the Lunchbox Notes Translator, the tool rephrases parent-written notes into more heartfelt or playful versions, aiming to make snack time more memorable for kids.

The translator was developed in collaboration with Makers with AI and is part of a limited-time promotion for Welch’s Fruit Snacks Lunchbox Notes. The 22-count Mixed Fruit box now features writable wrappers, giving parents a space to personalize messages alongside their child’s snack. Examples of the AI’s functionality include transforming “You make me tired” into “I love how independent you can be,” and upgrading “Have a great soccer game” to “Kick it like a champ and have an awesome game.”

“We’re creating a world of endless lunchbox note inspiration that we hope brings a little ease to parents’ days,” said Jason Levine, Chief Marketing Officer at Welch’s Fruit Snacks.

Available while supplies last, the specially marked Welch’s Fruit Snacks boxes can be found at retailers including Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Publix. Each pouch is made with whole fruit as the main ingredient and includes a mix of strawberry, raspberry, orange, peach, and grape. The snacks are also gluten-free and a source of vitamins A, C, and E.

The campaign blends creativity, technology, and family-friendly messaging to add a thoughtful element to a popular lunchbox staple.
