La Specialista Touch combines hands-on brewing with step-by-step guidance via a vibrant 3.5-inch touchscreen. Users can select from 10 preset recipes—including espresso, cold brew, cappuccino and flat white—or adjust grind size, dose, pre-infusion and temperature using Bean Adapt Technology. A precision Italian-made conical burr grinder ensures consistency, while the automatic steam wand texture-adjusts milk for both dairy and plant-based options. Proprietary Cold Extraction Technology crafts smooth, aromatic cold brew in under five minutes. The included Barista Kit features a precision tamper, portafilter and stainless steel milk jug for true café-quality results, all tailored through four user profiles and six saved bean profiles.
The Dedica Duo brings style and performance to compact spaces, measuring just 5.9 inches wide. Available in Rosé, Pistachio, Vanilla and Stainless Steel finishes, it fits seamlessly into any kitchen. Dual heating systems let users brew espresso or extract cold brew back-to-back, with three preprogrammed drink options—espresso, double espresso and cold brew. Low-pressure pre-infusion and nine-bar extraction deliver consistent café-quality shots, while Advanced Thermoblock Technology heats water in 25 seconds. The powerful steam wand easily froths milk into microfoam for iced lattes, flat whites and more, and rapid cold extraction produces cold brew in under five minutes. Its minimalist interface and gelato-inspired colors make it both a statement piece and a versatile coffee station.
