BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is ushering in summer with the return of its Graham Cracker S’mores Pizookie, three seasonal brews and the debut of the All-American Smash Burger. The limited-time dessert features a warm, gooey chocolate cookie base topped with graham cracker crumbles, toasted marshmallows and two scoops of vanilla bean ice cream.

Complementing the Pizookie, BJ’s introduces three new craft beverages. The Hard Root Beer offers notes of vanilla, sassafras and wintergreen, and can be served as an adult root beer float with ice cream. Sweet Sin Chocolate Porter, brewed with real chocolate, provides a full-bodied profile of dark chocolate and coffee. Co-Operate Hazy Pils blends the crispness of a pilsner with the soft, juicy hops of a hazy in collaboration with Germany’s König Brewery.

BJ’s also adds the All-American Smash Burger to its permanent menu. Available Monday through Friday as part of a $13 meal deal, the burger features two smashed beef patties with American cheese and signature sauce on a parker house bun, served with fries and a personal Pizookie.

“Summer is the time for making unforgettable memories with friends and loved ones—whether you’re clinking glasses over a refreshing brew or sharing stories around a campfire with an iconic s’more,” said Heidi Rogers, senior vice president of marketing at BJ’s Restaurants. “We’re proud to offer artisanal beers brewed in-house and our take on a timeless dessert without striking a match.”

The Graham Cracker S’mores Pizookie and Co-Operate Hazy Pils are available for dine-in only beginning June 26 while supplies last.
