The chain, operated by Checkers Drive-In Restaurants Inc., describes the event as a “fry upgrade” intended to showcase its seasoned fries, which have ranked high in several industry taste surveys. Company records indicate that U.S. customers consumed more than half a billion servings of the fries last year across restaurant and retail channels. Chief Executive Officer Chris Tebben said the promotion is designed to emphasize the product’s established flavor profile and to encourage guests to compare it with competing offerings.
Receipts must be presented in person on July 11, and the company advises customers to verify participation with individual restaurants before visiting. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers, and Checkers & Rally’s notes that the giveaway will conclude once allocated inventory is depleted.
