Applegate, recognized as a leading brand in natural and organic meats, has announced the introduction of its APPLEGATE NATURALS Breakfast Sandwiches, marking the company’s fourth breakfast product innovation within a span of 19 months. This development aligns with the trend of breakfast consumption, as recent statistics indicate that 58% of U.S. adults consume breakfast at home, while 18% do so while commuting or at work.
The new breakfast sandwiches are crafted from GAP Certified, humanely raised meat that is entirely natural, free from antibiotics and genetically modified organisms. Each sandwich features Applegate’s popular breakfast sausages, Certified Humane eggs, and Cheddar cheese, all contained within either a biscuit or an English muffin.
Joseph O’Connor, President of Applegate, emphasized the importance of high-quality ingredients in their products, noting that the breakfast sausages have been well-received by customers. He expressed confidence that the new sandwiches would meet consumer expectations for quality and convenience.
There are two varieties of the APPLEGATE NATURALS Breakfast Sandwiches available: Chicken & Maple Breakfast Sausage, Egg & Cheese on a Biscuit, and Savory Turkey Breakfast Sausage, Egg & Cheese on an English Muffin. Each sandwich provides 12-14 grams of protein and can be prepared in approximately two minutes, making them a practical choice for individuals with busy schedules.
Additionally, Applegate has launched a pork sausage variety of its APPLEGATE NATURALS Pancake & Sausage Sticks, which were introduced in October 2024. This product features a pancake wrapped around pork sausage on a stick, providing a convenient option for breakfast on the go. Each serving contains 7 grams of protein, further contributing to Applegate’s commitment to offering satisfying and convenient breakfast solutions.
