The second release is the Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition for the Nintendo Switch, which will be released on October 6, 2023, priced at $59.99. This edition includes the base game, all six content add-ons, and over 30 cosmetic items. It supports both solo and two-player local and online co-op gameplay.

In addition to these releases, Gearbox Software is launching an all-new podcast series, Echoes from the Borderlands, focused on the Borderlands franchise and its history.
