Georgia-Pacific’s Brawny brand is continuing its support for disaster relief efforts through its partnership with Convoy of Hope. This year, Brawny is donating 204,442 pounds of paper towel products, which Convoy of Hope will distribute to communities impacted by natural disasters and other crises.
This donation includes 22 full truckloads of Brawny products, amounting to 190,080 rolls of paper towels. These products will be delivered by Convoy of Hope’s emergency disaster response teams to areas in need.
Amanda Earley, the brand director for Brawny, emphasized Georgia-Pacific’s commitment to supporting communities in need. She stated that the company values its role in helping families and individuals who have suffered significant losses due to disasters.
Convoy of Hope’s president and CEO, Hal Donaldson, highlighted the longstanding partnership with Georgia-Pacific, noting that it has been instrumental in providing essential relief supplies during emergencies. Over the past 15 years, Georgia-Pacific’s contributions have included various paper products such as Quilted Northern bath tissue, Sparkle paper towels, and Brawny Giant Durable Wipes.
