Carbone Fine Food has announced the launch of five new pasta sauce flavors following a successful year in 2024, during which over 18 million jars were sold. The new flavors include Sweet Pepper & Onion, Mediterranean Marinara, Black Truffle Alfredo, Mac & Cheese Alfredo, and Lemon Pepper Alfredo. This expansion brings the total number of flavors in the Carbone sauce portfolio to seventeen.
The sauces are developed by chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi, who aim to modernize traditional Italian-American cuisine. According to CEO Eric Skae, these new offerings are designed to be authentic and innovative, reinforcing the company’s position in the market. The sauces are crafted using high-quality ingredients, similar to those used in Carbone’s restaurants, allowing consumers to prepare chef-quality meals at home.
The Sweet Pepper & Onion sauce features roasted peppers and sautéed onions combined with Italian tomatoes and rosemary. Mediterranean Marinara incorporates black olives and capers alongside Italian tomatoes, garlic, and fresh herbs. Black Truffle Alfredo presents a creamy mixture of Parmesan and Romano cheeses with black truffles. Mac & Cheese Alfredo includes aged white cheddar cheese, cream, and spices, while Lemon Pepper Alfredo blends Parmesan and Romano cheeses with cracked black pepper and fresh lemon.
Chef Mario Carbone emphasized the company’s commitment to providing easy-to-prepare meals that deliver bold flavors and high quality.
