Casio America, Inc. has introduced the new G-STEEL GM700 series, an update to the GA700 model. This series marks a notable advancement in the G-SHOCK line, combining the brand’s well-known durability with modern design. The GM700 watches are available in three finishes: silver, gold IP, and purple IP.
The GM700 models feature a stainless-steel bezel, front button, and a durable buckle. Each watch is designed with various finishes, including circle hairline, vertical hairline, and mirror polishing, contributing to a metallic look that pairs well with the bold design of the G-SHOCK brand.
The watches incorporate an analog-digital display with a front button at the 6 o’clock position, which activates the super illuminator LED light. The large hour and minute hands improve readability, while the 3D dial provides depth with its intricate ring and indices design. The GM700-1A comes in a sleek silver finish, the GM700G-9A has a gold IP design, and the GM700P-6A offers a purple IP finish, making it G-SHOCK’s first model with a metal bezel in this color.
The G-STEEL GM700 series exemplifies G-SHOCK’s focus on toughness and innovative design. Each watch is built for both style and functionality, with features that include shock resistance, water resistance up to 200 meters, world time with 48-city options, LED lighting, daily alarms, a stopwatch, countdown timer, and a hand shift feature.
