The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf introduced a dairy-free Layered Lattes lineup and confirmed the return of its pumpkin beverages, positioning the offers as an early start to fall. The Layered Lattes are available now through November 4, 2025, and the company is pairing the launch with limited-time promotions tied to National Coffee Day.
The new series uses flavored Oatly oat milk topped with a whipped layer of pure Japanese matcha or Ethiopian and Bali Blue Moon Cold Brew, creating an ombre presentation. The Pumpkin Layered Latte blends pumpkin syrup with oat milk, then adds a frothy layer of cold brew and a dusting of cinnamon. The Matcha Layered Latte layers restaurant-grade matcha over vanilla-infused oat milk, and the Vanilla Layered Latte combines vanilla syrup with oat milk, then finishes with a whipped cold brew layer and cinnamon. The company describes the beverages as dairy-free, subtly sweet, and flavor-forward.
Returning seasonal items include the pumpkin lineup: Extreme Pumpkin Ice Blended, which uses extra espresso in place of milk; Pumpkin Dry Iced Americano, with espresso poured over ice, vanilla and pumpkin, half and half, and caramel drizzle; and Iced Pumpkin Chai, a blend of spiced chai, pumpkin, and milk. Also returning are Honey & Nut Lattes, now made with oat milk, featuring espresso, honey, and hazelnut flavors.
“We’re excited to bring our guests something that feels both familiar and fresh,” said Tara Hinkle, president and head of Americas, adding that the layered drinks are intended to balance creativity and comfort.
To support the launch, the company outlined several offers. From Friday, August 29 through Sunday, August 31, loyalty members can purchase any large beverage for $5, one per day. On Sunday, September 28, loyalty members receive a buy one, get one free beverage from 12 to 6 p.m., valid one time.
