Long John Silver’s has announced a series of promotions in celebration of Lent, beginning on February 24. The chain is introducing a new shrimp option, the coconut butterfly shrimp, which is described as a sweet variation of a traditional favorite. Customers can also enjoy a slice of OREO Cookies & Cream Cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory Bakery as part of their meal.
The new coconut butterfly shrimp basket is priced at $6 and includes six pieces of shrimp, which are crispy and infused with coconut flavor. This offering comes with a choice of one side and two hushpuppies. In addition to the coconut option, Long John Silver’s is providing several other shrimp choices at the same price point, including six-piece grilled shrimp, six-piece batter-dipped shrimp, and crispy breaded popcorn shrimp, all served with sides and hushpuppies.
For those interested in sharing, the restaurant has introduced $10 shrimp Sea-Shares, which offer a selection of 15 shrimp pieces from the various shrimp options available.
The OREO Cookies & Cream Cheesecake is highlighted as a limited-time dessert option, featuring layers of OREO cookies and cheesecake.
