Las Vegas is set to welcome Havana 1957 and Cortadito Coffee House, two establishments from Vida & Estilo Hospitality Group, at the Flamingo Las Vegas on December 28, 2024. This opening aims to enhance the Las Vegas experience by offering a Cuban American dining affair, complementing the existing South Florida concept, ‘Un Día en La Habana.’
Havana 1957’s menu features a variety of Cuban dishes, including traditional options such as Ropa Vieja and Croquetas, alongside Miami-inspired items like Cuban Sandwiches and a Cuban Burger. The Las Vegas location will also introduce breakfast items with a Cuban twist, including Cuban Style Steak and Eggs and Tres Leches French Toast.
The drink offerings will include a Mojito Bar, serving classic cocktails such as Mojitos, Cuba Libres, and Daiquiris, aimed at providing a refreshing experience for guests.
Nightly entertainment at Havana 1957 will reflect the brand’s cultural journey, showcasing music from 1950s Cuba and influential artists like Gloria Estefan and Celia Cruz, culminating in a tribute to modern Las Vegas.
The venue will accommodate 252 guests within a space of 3,998 square feet, designed to evoke the ambiance of 1950s Cuba while acknowledging the historical significance of the Flamingo Las Vegas as one of the first resort-style hotels on the Strip. This design aims to create a dining experience that merges historical elements with tropical aesthetics.
