FatBoy Ice Cream is cranking up summer with four new, over-the-top ice cream sandwich creations and its first-ever national ad campaign. The limited-run lineup includes:
- Cinnamon Churro ice cream sandwich: vanilla ice cream with a caramel core between two cinnamon-packed churro cookies
- Hot Fudge Brownie ice cream sandwich: vanilla ice cream and a hot fudge center tucked into chewy chocolate brownie cookies
- Mint Cookies & Cream sandwich pop: a mint ice cream sandwich dipped in chocolate and rolled in cookie crumbles on a stick
- Birthday Cake sandwich pop: a birthday cake ice cream sandwich dipped in white coating and finished with colorful sprinkles on a stick
Each six-pack of sandwiches and four-pack of sandwich pops carries an average retail price of around $6, though actual pricing may vary by retailer. FatBoy says it makes over half a million ice cream sandwiches every day—adding up to more than 130 million a year—and this summer’s release leans fully into its reputation for thick, creamy indulgence.
To celebrate, FatBoy has teamed up with TDA Boulder on a cheeky national campaign called “America’s #1 Ice Cream Sandwich.” The ads playfully remind viewers that while other brands chase beauty, tech or health claims, FatBoy knows exactly what it does best: deliver the creamiest, most unfiltered dessert experience.
