Forager Project has launched its new unsweetened plain Greek style yogurt, delivering 10 grams of protein per serving with a thick, creamy texture—all without dairy, added sugar or fillers. The 24-ounce containers are now available nationwide at Sprouts Farmers Market and Whole Foods Markets.

Consumer demand for dairy alternatives is rising, with 61 percent of plant-based yogurt buyers seeking higher protein, yet many existing options fall short on taste, texture and protein content. Forager Project tested more than 25 protein sources to develop what co-founder and president JC Hanley calls a “breakthrough” in the dairy-free category, blending organic cashews, coconut cream and rice protein for smoothness and nutrition.

The unsweetened plain Greek style yogurt also features six live and active cultures and meets USDA organic standards while remaining vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and soy-free. It’s ideal for everything from smoothies to savory dips.
