Future Motion Inc. has announced the expansion of its Onewheel trade-in program, allowing customers to trade in eligible used boards for credit towards select new models. This initiative is part of the company’s commitment to sustainability, as all traded-in boards, batteries, and electronic components will be responsibly recycled.
Interested individuals can visit the trade-in website to check the eligibility of their boards and estimate their trade-in value. The program is set to accept registrations until February 28, 2025, with boards needing to be sent in by March 31, 2025. Trade-in credit coupons must be utilized by May 31, 2025. The program now includes the Onewheel Pint and Onewheel Pint X boards, in addition to the previously accepted Onewheel+ XR and Onewheel GT models.
Future Motion will also host in-person appraisals and trade-ins at its headquarters in Santa Cruz on February 6 and February 7, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, for other used electric scooters, e-bikes, EUCs, and electronic waste.
