GreenCore Solutions Corp. has officially launched full-scale European production of its TreeFree Diaper, a disposable diaper made without tree pulp. The move marks a milestone for its Retail Private Label Program and positions the company to meet growing demand from European retailers ahead of new regulatory changes.
The product is now fully made in Europe and is designed for private label distribution across grocery and pharmacy sectors. The company’s universal packaging system supports restocking and distribution under individual retailer brands.
The production shift comes as Europe prepares for the EU Deforestation-Free Regulation (effective December 2025) and potential tariffs on U.S.-sourced pulp, which currently supplies over 80% of fluff fiber used in European diapers. By removing tree pulp, GreenCore’s diapers are positioned as compliant, tariff-resistant alternatives.
To support this initiative, GreenCore launched PATH+ (Partner Alliance for Traceable Hygiene), a supply chain and traceability program that includes manufacturing and raw material partners aligned with regulatory compliance and transparency standards. The program enables full traceability and Eco Score visibility for all units sold.
Additionally, GreenCore announced the inclusion of Optimum Technology Group into the PATH+ network. Optimum contributes a pulp-free absorbent core platform that supports the production of thinner, high-performance diapers without traditional fluff pulp.
The TreeFree Diaper line is now available for onboarding across Europe, with logistics supported by GreenCore’s distribution infrastructure.
