Health-Ade this week added a grape flavor to its SunSip prebiotic soda lineup, rolling out exclusively online at SunSip.com and in Target stores nationwide, with additional retailers to follow this summer. The new grape SunSip combines 35 calories and 5 grams of sugar per can—naturally sweetened with fruit juice, monk fruit, and organic cane sugar—and delivers juicy carbonation alongside prebiotics, vitamins C, B6, B12 and minerals zinc and selenium.
The release complements Health-Ade’s summer innovations, including the seasonal return of its Orange Creamsicle kombucha and the permanent launch of Mango Lemonade kombucha. Both flavors reflect the brand’s strategy of marrying nostalgic taste profiles with functional benefits, as evidenced by Orange Creamsicle’s recent Golden Cart Award from Allrecipes.
“Grape is the number two flavor and the key growth driver in the prebiotic soda category,” said Charlotte Mostaed, Chief Marketing Officer at Health-Ade. “By expanding SunSip and our kombucha offerings, we’re responding directly to consumer demand for beverages that don’t force a trade-off between taste and function.”
Earlier this year, Health-Ade also introduced Dr. Bubbles Cream Soda, boosting SunSip’s roster to nine modern soda flavors. With these launches, the brand aims to make it easier than ever for consumers to enjoy flavorful, gut-friendly drinks—from the grape soda-style fizz of SunSip to the creamy nostalgia of Orange Creamsicle and the tropical refreshment of Mango Lemonade.
