Hennessy has announced a new collaboration with basketball star LeBron James, unveiling the ‘Hennessy Limited Edition by LeBron James’ V.S bottle. This marks the first partnership between Hennessy and James, blending the worlds of cognac and basketball. The limited-edition bottle will be available globally starting September 30, 2024.
The bottle’s design features vibrant colors and an illustrative portrait of James in purple and orange, paying homage to his influence on and off the court. The Hennessy Bras Armé logo has also been reimagined, incorporating a sleeve and James’ trademark crown. Despite the new design, the blend remains the same, continuing to deliver the bold and smooth flavor Hennessy V.S is known for.
LeBron James expressed his admiration for Hennessy’s commitment to craftsmanship and its connection to basketball. The collaboration also introduces a fresh take on the Hennessy Margarita, inspired by James’ recent experience in Cognac, France. The drink features Hennessy V.S, lime juice, orange liqueur, orange juice, and agave syrup.
Hennessy’s Senior Vice President, Antoine Varlet, highlighted the significance of this partnership, calling it a celebration of cultural icons coming together. The ‘Hennessy Limited Edition by LeBron James’ will be available for purchase starting September 30, 2024.
