Herman Miller’s showroom at 1100 West Fulton Market will be open to design professionals and enthusiasts from June 10 to June 12, 2024, as part of the MillerKnoll Design Days celebration. The event will feature a preview of new products and highlight the diversity of Herman Miller’s workspace design portfolio.
Visitors can explore the latest designs, including the debut of the Bay Work Pod, which offers an ergonomic and visually appealing workspace solution ideal for hybrid work schedules and open floorplans. Available in two sizes, the Bay Work Pod is designed for focused solo work and video calls, featuring interior elements that optimize lighting and background color to flatter all skin tones and clothing choices. The larger Pro version is ADA accessible, providing necessary space for wheelchair maneuverability and sitting at floor level with no threshold.
Studio 7.5 and Herman Miller have updated the Mirra 2 chair, reducing its carbon footprint through sustainable material innovations while maintaining its performance-enhancing technology. The new Mirra 2 is lighter and more eco-friendly, with a refreshed color palette featuring color blocking and punctuated application options.
The showroom will also display new seating innovations from Studio 7.5, including enhancements to the Setu chair and the addition of the Zeph Side Chair. Visitors can view recently introduced products from the OE1 Workspace Collection, such as the OE1 Sit-to-Stand Table and the OE1 Powerbox and Power Tray designed by Industrial Facility. Additionally, the Chadwick Modular Seating, celebrating its 50th anniversary, will be highlighted.
