Porsche is expanding its Cayenne hybrid lineup with the introduction of the new Cayenne S E-Hybrid. This new model is the third plug-in hybrid in the Cayenne series and is positioned between the Cayenne E-Hybrid and the Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid. The Cayenne S E-Hybrid aims to offer a balanced mix of everyday usability and performance, and is available in both SUV and SUV Coupé body styles.

The Cayenne S E-Hybrid features a revised three-liter V6 turbo engine paired with a 130 kW electric motor, achieving a combined system output of 519 PS and a maximum torque of 750 Nm. The vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds and has a top speed of 263 km/h.

The vehicle comes with a standard adaptive air suspension that uses innovative 2-chamber, 2-valve technology. This allows for a wide range of spring rates, enhancing both performance and comfort. The hybrid system has been optimized to offer an electric range of up to 90 km, thanks to a 25.9 kWh battery. The on-board AC charger can fully charge the vehicle in less than 2.5 hours.

Visually, the Cayenne S E-Hybrid fits seamlessly into the existing Cayenne lineup. It comes standard with 20-inch Cayenne S wheels and features an exhaust system with twin tailpipes in brushed stainless steel. The interior includes eight-way seats, the Sport Chrono package, and additional functions in the My Porsche app, including new features in Apple CarPlay. The new models are available for order now, with deliveries starting in November 2023.
