KIT KAT has announced the release of its first-ever seasonal shape, KIT KAT Santas, available for a limited time during the holiday season. The new product features a festive design with imprinted boots, a cheerful expression, and a modified wafer-to-chocolate ratio, offering a crispier texture compared to the traditional KIT KAT bar. These Santas will be sold in snack-size bags.
As part of the launch, KIT KAT is collaborating with Simon Property Group to distribute free KIT KAT Santas at select malls across the country during the “Santa Photo Experience.” Visitors can receive the treat on December 7 and 8 at Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, NY; Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL; and Brea Mall in Brea, CA. This initiative celebrates the introduction of the Santa-shaped treat while adding to the seasonal festivities.
Scott Sorensen, Associate Manager for KIT KAT, stated that the new shape aligns with the brand’s mission to innovate and bring additional fun to consumers during the holidays. The company views this seasonal product as a potential annual addition to its lineup, reflecting its ongoing efforts to enhance its offerings.
