KitchenAid will celebrate National Smoothie Day on June 21 by sponsoring Logan Bearden’s No. 53 Chevrolet Camaro in the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Pocono Raceway. The one-race partnership with Joey Gase Motorsports aligns the appliance maker’s new Pure Power Blender with a venue known for horsepower and speed.
The Pure Power Blender, priced at 129.99 dollars and currently available in black matte on KitchenAid.com, is being promoted for its power, precision, and variable-speed control. Additional color options launch in July. Consumers who sign in on the brand’s website can use discount code POWER2 to receive five percent off the blender on National Smoothie Day.
Chad Ries, global brand marketing director for KitchenAid Small Appliances, said the racetrack setting underscores how “performance and speed are key to the user experience.” After the 250-mile race, Bearden—who called KitchenAid an “iconic brand” synonymous with performance—plans to recover with a strawberry, banana, apple, and orange juice smoothie prepared in the new model.
The Explore the Pocono Mountains 250 is the 16th event on the 2025 Xfinity Series calendar. Practice begins at 10 a.m. EDT on Saturday, followed by qualifying at 11:05 a.m. The green flag is scheduled for approximately 3:30 p.m., with live coverage on The CW Network, Motor Racing Network radio, and SiriusXM Channel 90.
