Kumho Tire U.S.A. has announced it will continue its sponsorship of Formula DRIFT drivers Jeff Jones and Andy Hateley in the 2025 Formula DRIFT PRO Championship Series, marking its second season as an Official Tire of Formula DRIFT. The announcement was made at the SEMA 2024 event in Las Vegas, furthering Kumho’s commitment to motorsports and brand visibility.

Jeff Jones, a Nissan 370Z driver and drift mentor, saw significant improvement in his first season racing with Kumho’s Ecsta V730 tires, advancing to 12th place in the 2024 standings. Andy Hateley, also known as the “Drift Wizard,” completed his rookie season in 28th place overall. Both drivers have proven to be popular among fans and effective ambassadors for the Kumho Tire brand.

Kumho Tire’s booth at SEMA will host fan meet-and-greet sessions, with Jones scheduled for November 6 and Hateley for November 7. Kumho Tire’s ongoing involvement in Formula DRIFT underscores the brand’s dedication to motorsports and increasing engagement with fans through partnerships with notable drivers.
