Fleishman was also known for his appreciation of fine wine, which he cultivated through a network of connections within the wine community. His expertise led to a monthly wine column in Vanity Fair and a consulting role at The 21 Club in New York. His personal collection is primarily composed of prestigious California wines, including selections from exclusive wine clubs such as “The Reserve” at Harlan Estate. The auction will include wines from renowned California producers like Lail Vineyards, Spottswoode, Schrader Cellars, and Araujo Estate – Eisele Vineyard.
