Little Bellies, an Australian-founded maker of certified organic snacks for infants and toddlers, has entered Kroger’s national grocery network with four varieties of its Pick-Me Sticks line. The products are designed to align with two developmental stages: a corn-based version for babies seven months and older, available in strawberry and sweet potato flavors, and a multigrain yogurt version for children ten months and up, offered in berry yogurt and mango yogurt flavors.
The company says the earlier stage sticks are formulated to encourage the palmar grasp while dissolving easily to limit choking risk. The later stage sticks introduce additional textures and ingredients, including yogurt, to expand taste acceptance and support self-feeding skills. All four varieties are certified organic and free of artificial additives.
Little Bellies co-founder Clive Sher characterized the Kroger agreement as a key step in the brand’s United States growth strategy, which has already placed the portfolio in Target, Walmart, and other large retailers. The Pick-Me Sticks will be stocked in selected Kroger stores and sold online through the retailer’s e-commerce platform. Pricing was not disclosed.
