Mars is launching the limited edition “Mars Summer Treat Pack” on National Dog Day, Monday, August 26. The pack, which includes M&M’S Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches for pet owners and GREENIES Dental Treats for dogs, aims to provide a special experience for both people and their pets.
The “Mars Summer Treat Pack” is being released as part of a broader celebration of the 25th anniversary of M&M’S Ice Cream and National Dog Day. Mars, a company with a long history of offering products and services for both people and pets, has combined two popular items for this event. The treats will be available for free on August 26, while supplies last.
Shaf Lalani, General Manager of Mars Ice Cream, noted that this initiative is intended to celebrate both the 25th anniversary of M&M’S Ice Cream and National Dog Day by offering a unique treat experience for both pet parents and their dogs.
Before National Dog Day, Mars will operate a “Mars Summer Treat Pack” truck in New York City on Saturday, August 24. The truck will start at Tompkins Square Park at 11:30 a.m. ET and later move to Union Square Park around 3:30 p.m. ET. Visitors to these locations can receive the “Mars Summer Treat Pack” in person, while supplies last.
On Monday, August 26, consumers nationwide can visit MarsSummerTreatPack.com starting at 10:00 a.m. ET to claim their free pack. In select cities including Chicago, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Nashville, and New York City, the treat packs will be available for same-day delivery, while supplies last.
