Mary’s Gone Crackers has relaunched its Cheezee line with a reformulated recipe that delivers a lighter, crispier texture and more pronounced plant-based cheese flavor. The line remains entirely vegan, gluten-free, organic, kosher and non-GMO, and now includes a new Smoked Gouda variety designed to offer a rich, smoky flavor without dairy.
The reformulation process was driven by multiple rounds of consumer sensory testing. Findings led to an all-new base cracker formula and the addition of a topical seasoning applied after baking, ensuring each bite delivers an immediate, bold flavor punch. The improved Cheddar and Cheese & Herb varieties also benefit from these enhancements, providing stronger flavor expression alongside the upgraded crispiness.
The Cheezee update coincides with the completion of Mary’s Gone Crackers’ packaging refresh across its entire portfolio. The new design features modern graphics and vibrant color accents that reflect the bold flavor profiles and help the crackers stand out on shelf while ensuring consistency across product lines.
This launch builds on Mary’s Gone Crackers’ recent expansion into major retailers including Target, Costco and Sam’s Club, and follows a year of record-setting growth in 2024.
