Slice Soda has relaunched with a summer of “newstalgic” activations, headlined by The Fizz FM—the first branded radio station created entirely with AI. Beginning June 20, listeners can tune in for three hours of ‘80s and ’90s–inspired tracks like “Lipstick Stain on My Slice” and “Mixtapes & Memories,” all with soda-centric lyrics. Hosted by AI-voiced DJ Bev and advice segment Dr. Poplov, The Fizz FM offers daily contests where fans call 1-877-WIN-FIZZ to share their ultimate Slice story for a chance to win swag or a year’s supply of soda.

Slice Soda, now owned by Suja Life, also debuts a new Cherry Cola flavor this summer alongside its classic lineup of low-sugar, prebiotic- and probiotic-infused sodas. Retail expansion continues at Costco, Target, Kroger, Albertsons and Sprouts, with Cherry Cola rolling out more widely in July.

Marketing agency BarkleyOKRP leveraged Google’s AI tools, Suno and musicologists to craft original songs, album art and band backstories. Throughout summer, Slice will host pop-up retro vending machines that accept only quarters at fifty-cent prices and serve as the exclusive soda sponsor of the 2025 Vans Warped Tour in D.C., Long Beach and Orlando.
