Noodles & Company has introduced a revamped menu that aims to enhance the dining experience for its customers. New menu items include Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac & Cheese, Garlic Bacon Crunch Mac & Cheese, Pulled Pork BBQ Mac & Cheese, Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine, Green Goddess Cobb Salad, and Lemon Parmesan Broccoli.

Scott Davis, Chief Concept Officer, noted that the recent menu changes build upon previous successful additions launched in October 2024, which included Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo, and Chipotle Chicken Cavatappi. These dishes were designed to fill specific gaps in the menu and have been well-received by guests.

The refreshed menu also revisits popular existing dishes, enhancing them with richer flavors and more vegetables. The Creamy Cheddar Mac & Cheese has been improved to be cheesier and creamier, while Rigatoni Rosa now features a more robust spicy tomato cream sauce and hearty rigatoni noodles. Additionally, Basil Pesto Cavatappi and Chicken Caesar Salad have been upgraded to provide deeper flavors and improved textures.

Noodles & Company emphasizes its commitment to freshness by hand-chopping vegetables and preparing noodles daily, avoiding the use of frozen ingredients. Each dish is crafted to order, ensuring a hot and flavorful dining experience. Madsen expressed confidence in the new menu, stating, “At our core, we believe nothing is more satisfying than a perfectly crafted bowl of noodles.” The company plans to introduce more new items and enhanced favorites in the future.
