Nothing Bundt Cakes has opened its 700th bakery—located in Rosenberg, Texas—continuing its rapid nationwide growth and solidifying its position as the country’s largest specialty cake company. Founded in Dallas more than 25 years ago, the brand now operates bakeries in over 40 states and Canada, and was recently named America’s favorite restaurant food chain by Technomic and ranked fifth fastest-growing by Yelp.
The new Rosenberg location, owned by local entrepreneur Tuyet Duong, joins the 40 bakeries already opened in 2025 on top of the 101 launched in 2024. The brand credits its expansion to:
- Shifting consumer habits: With Gen Z driving demand for “little treats” and snack-sized indulgences, Bundt Cakes’ range of full-size cakes, Bundtlets and Bundtinis has struck a chord.
- Flavor innovation: A rotating lineup of pop-up offerings—most recently Churro Dulce de Leche in Bundtlet form—and limited-time partnerships with household names like Oreo and Reese’s have kept guests coming back.
- Digital investment: Streamlined online ordering and a revamped loyalty program have increased visit frequency and broadened the brand’s appeal.
“People love celebrating life’s moments with our cakes, whether it’s a major milestone or a simple ‘treat yourself’ occasion,” said CEO Dolf Berle. “Our team of bakery owners, led by Tuyet and so many others, is the engine behind our growth.”
Duong and her team are welcoming guests with the classic Let’s Party cake, a signature tiered design decorated with fresh berries and roses, alongside their full Bundtini collection. Grand-opening specials include a free Bundtlet with each purchase on May 18, and a donation to a local food bank for every Bundtlet sold all week.
With dozens more sites in development, Nothing Bundt Cakes expects to maintain its high-growth pace, bringing handcrafted Bundt Cakes to new communities across North America.
