One option pairs the tender, barrel-cut filet with roasted garlic butter, another tops it with lemon-garlic shrimp in a lemon butter sauce, and a third combines the filet mignon with a steamed lobster tail. Customers may also order the Mum’s Peach Bellini, a cocktail blending vodka, peach purée, blood orange juice and Prosecco, garnished with fresh strawberries and mint.
The restaurant encourages diners to celebrate without cooking by choosing sit-down service or carryout. In addition to the menu, Outback Steakhouse will host a social media activity on May 7 via its X channel. Mothers are invited to share their most memorable or humorous Mother’s Day gift stories—ranging from macaroni artwork to coupon books—using the hashtag #MumMoment.
