Panera Bread is introducing new menu items designed to add a bit of spice to summer dining. Starting today, guests can enjoy the new Spicy Chicken Fiesta and Kickin’ Grilled Cheese sandwiches, along with two new varieties of Avocado Toast, available at bakery-cafes nationwide. Additionally, Panera is offering an Unlimited Sip Club deal, where new monthly subscribers who sign up by August 31 will receive three free months of unlimited drinks.
The Spicy Chicken Fiesta Sandwich, priced at $11.59, features a creamy salsa verde spread, grilled chicken, white cheddar cheese, sweet peppers, cilantro, and roasted corn on artisan Ciabatta bread. The Kickin’ Grilled Cheese, available for $7.49, includes the same salsa verde spread with American and white cheddar cheeses on Classic White Miche, offering a new twist on a classic comfort food.
Panera’s new Avocado Toasts, starting at $3.49, are crafted on Country Rustic Sourdough Bread. The Classic Avo Toast includes chunky avocado spread topped with everything bagel seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper. The Garden Avo Toast adds fresh sliced tomatoes and garlic aioli to the avocado spread, also finished with everything bagel seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper.
In response to customer demand, Panera is bringing back Sesame and Blueberry bagels. These items are being reintroduced to the bakery-cafe menus this week and are suitable for breakfast or as a bread option for sandwiches.
Earlier this year, Panera launched a significant menu transformation, introducing new sandwiches, salads, and mac & cheese, all based on guest feedback. The latest menu additions continue to focus on flavors and value that resonate with Panera’s core customers.
