Red Lobster will bring back its annual Crabfest promotion on June 23, adding customizable seafood boils and several crab-centric dishes to the summer menu through September 14.

New seafood boils

The chain’s biggest 2025 addition is a table-side boil served in two formats. The Mariner’s Boil pairs a Maine lobster tail with a dozen shrimp, snow-crab legs, corn cobs and red potatoes, while the Sailor’s Boil combines shrimp and smoked sausage with the same vegetables. Diners can finish either dish with roasted garlic butter, Cajun butter or Old Bay seasoning.

Crab Your Way upgrade

Returning “Crab Your Way” plates let guests order a full pound of snow-crab legs or, for an extra nine dollars, Bairdi crab, layered over crispy potatoes. Flavor options expand this year to include a new Old Bay–and-Parmesan coating alongside the existing steamed, garlic-butter and Cajun choices.

Added entrées and sides

Complementing the boils are crabby stuffed mushrooms, two premium sides—crab-topped asparagus and a crab-topped baked potato—and two “Oscar” entrées: a sirloin or Atlantic salmon finished with lump-crab meat in a creamy sauce.

Festival of Summer Sips

A three-drink cocktail list rounds out the promotion. Purple Haze by Dre & Snoop mixes gin, desert pear and lemonade with edible gold shimmer; Passion Star Spritz blends vodka, passion fruit and sparkling wine; and Starry Eyed Surprise combines tequila, guava and blue curaçao with Starry lemon-lime soda.

Chief marketing officer Nichole Robillard said the expanded lineup is intended to give both long-time patrons and first-time visitors “something to bring everyone joy.” The seasonal menu will be available in restaurants and through online ordering until mid-September.
