Schuman Cheese will introduce its new Delve dip brand to the specialty food trade at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, running June 29 to July 1. The fourth-generation cheesemaker plans to feature Delve at Booth 356, highlighting three refrigerated dips—Basil Pesto Parm, Garlic Herb Asiago, and Whipped Feta—each anchored by cheeses from the company’s award-winning portfolio.
Delve debuted earlier this year as Schuman’s answer to rising demand for premium, ready-to-eat snacks. The line blends Cello Mascarpone, Copper Kettle Parmesan, Cello Asiago, and Greek Dodoni feta with fresh herbs and seasonings, aiming to elevate everyday snacking while preserving convenience. Chief Business Development Officer Allison Schuman said the product was created “to bring joy and delight to every snacking occasion” and to set a new standard for flavor and quality in the dip category.
The Summer Fancy Food Show, organized by the Specialty Food Association, is the largest specialty food gathering in North America and a launchpad for emerging brands. Show attendees, including retailers, distributors, and food-service buyers, will have the chance to sample the full Delve assortment and discuss merchandising options with the development team. Schuman Cheese, known for both domestic production and imported selections, views the event as a key opportunity to expand Delve’s footprint and drive refrigerated-case innovation.
