Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA) has introduced two new A4 multifunction printers (MFPs) and two new printers, all featuring a compact footprint. These new devices offer faster print speeds, upgraded user interfaces, advanced security features, and increased toner capacity compared to previous Sharp models.
The newly released models include the color MX-C358F MFP and MX-C428P printer, as well as the monochrome MX-B468F MFP and MX-B468P printer. These devices support letter or legal paper and deliver high-quality, professional color and monochrome output with print speeds ranging from 35 to 46 pages per minute.
A key feature of these models is the easy-to-use capacitive touchscreen, which provides an accurate and responsive user experience. Built-in Easy Copy and Easy Scan modes simplify basic functions, enhancing everyday operations. All four A4 models support mobile printing and are fully compatible with AirPrint. The optional wireless LAN enables flexible device placement within an organization. The printers also come with industry-leading security features, including system integrity checks at startup, firmware attack prevention, and 256-bit AES encryption, ensuring user data remains secure.
Dino Pagliarello, VP of Product Management and Production Print at Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America, highlighted the importance of these features for modern work environments. According to Pagliarello, attributes such as AirPrint, enhanced security, and an intuitive touchscreen interface have become essential for successful small office and home office setups.
The new models, which replace the MX-B467F, MX-B467P, MX-C357F, and MX-C407P models, are available for order immediately and can be purchased directly from Sharp or through an authorized Sharp dealer.
